With any fitness program you take on, your nutrition must be taken into consideration as well.  Fueling your body properly will ensure that your body will be able to perform it's best and in return, the physical results will begin to show.  There must be a good balance between both your fitness and nutrition.  Should you have a treat day?  Sure, why not.  But always remember that every time you eat, you have the opportunity to nourish your body. =)
