Lemon Rosemary Crockpot Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup low sodium, fat free chicken broth
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs of Rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- dash of sea salt and a few twists of ground black pepper
Directions:
- Place chicken breast at the bottom of your crockpot. Top with chicken broth, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and sliced lemon.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours
Banana Blueberry Protein Shake

- 8-10 oz of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries

Ezekiel Turkey, Hummus, Avocado, Open-Face Sandwich
- 1 slice Ezekiel bread, roasted
- 2 tablespoons Nasoya Super Hummus
- 2 slices lean turkey meat
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 avocado, sliced or spread
- Toast the bread.
- Layer the bread first with hummus, then turkey. Add the tomato and top with the avocado.
Broiled Flank Steak and Pan Seared Asparagus
- Flank Steak
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 Bundle of Asparagus
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a bowl, mix EVOO, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic and salt together. Place all ingredients and flank steak in a large freezer bag and marinate. (You can let it sit in the fridge or simply mix everything together in the freezer bag and broil right away.)
- Set oven to Broil on High. Place foil over baking sheet and place marinated flank steak on top. Broil for 15 minutes.
- For Asparagus, heat pan on medium heat. At EVOO to pan then place asparagus on pan. Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus and lightly salt. Pan Sear for 7 minutes, mix around occasionally.
Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Set oven to 375
- drizzle a little extra virgin Olive oil over brussel sprouts.

- place in oven for 35 minutes and stir occasionally

Lemon Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2-inch piece ginger root, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Remove water from heat. Add sliced ginger and lemon to hot water. Allow to steep for about 20 minutes. Strain. Add honey if desired.
