- Flank Steak
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 Bundle of Asparagus
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- In a bowl, mix EVOO, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic and salt together.
Place all ingredients and flank steak in a large freezer bag and
marinate. (You can let it sit in the fridge or simply mix everything
together in the freezer bag and broil right away.)
- Set oven to Broil on High. Place foil over baking sheet and place marinated flank steak on top. Broil for 15 minutes.
- For Asparagus, heat pan on medium heat. At EVOO to pan then place
asparagus on pan. Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus and lightly salt.
Pan Sear for 7 minutes, mix around occasionally.
