Fitness Beauty Tip: 

Sweating through an awesome workout is a great way to detox your body!
But leaving the sweat on your skin can cause unwanted breakouts. Be sure to wipe off with a CLEAN towel, rinse your face with a splash of water from the sink or use cleansing clothes to remove the sweat off your skin after your workout! =)
