PiYo : Closing in on my 3rd week

I'm currently on my 3rd week of the PiYo workout program.  Prior to this, I've mostly done the sports training inspired workout programs from Beachbody to help me train for a lot of the Obstacle Races that I do.  Going into this low impact program, I didn't think I would have much trouble easing into the workouts.  Yeah, I was wrong.
From the beginning, I knew my flexibility was not up to par.  It was one of the reasons why I got into yoga and took advantage of the yoga and stretch workouts in the P90X series as well as the Asylum/Focus T25 programs.  But I never followed a program where the focus was on flexibility and alignment.
Since I started PiYo, I can feel a difference with my overall performance and training.  After my PiYo workouts, I would transition into weight training and endurance training and I can tell how much my form has improved.  Plus I feel relief in my hips, lower back and knees.  I'm very impressed. =)
